Mission Statement for the Team of Darlene Stouder:

We will achieve long term success in real estate generated by: integrity, superior service and dedication to improving the economic well being and also the quality of life for our clients. Our business will sustain itself with the realization that God and our family are our first priorities and our commitment to ourselves to offer the best service possible without compromising our morals or values. We will maintain our motivation by liberating those situations that we cannot control. We will recognize our success when dreams come true.

Darlene's professional experience offers a sophisticated approach to analyzing your needs. After years of observation, interaction and training in the real estate industry, she is able to help you through every aspect of a real estate transaction. Her real estate career began in 1993, in Spokane, Washington. She moved to Vancouver in 1995 and continued selling real estate. This move, combined with several moves in her past, allowed her to become a relocation specialist and better serve those moving from another area.

Because of her commitment to education, Darlene has been involved with local and state level education committees. She has served as the Washington State CRS president. In 1998, she was presented with the Realtor of the Year award for Clark County Association of Realtors and CRS of the Year for the Washington State CRS Chapter. View Darlene's Designations.

Darlene also holds an Oregon real estate license. This allows her to better serve her clients that are unsure which side of the Columbia River they prefer.
